PAYMENTS Pay up at least 30 days before your adventure starts—no IOUs, no exceptions!

DATE OR TOUR CHANGES Change your mind? No problem—if you switch things up 30+ days before your trip, it’s free! If you’re last-minute (within 30 days), there’s a fee. So plan ahead, or pay up!

Bailing 30+ days before your trip? We keep 25% as a breakup fee. Less than 30 days? Sorry, no refunds—you’re in too deep!

Your Deets:
We need your full name (as per passport), DOB, gender, email, and any special medical or dietary requests.

If flights are included, we’ll need your passport info too.

Age Limit:
You gotta be 18+ to join the fun. No exceptions!

Health Check:
Be real with us—if you have any medical conditions that might affect your trip (including pregnancy), let us know when booking.

We may need a doctor’s note. No surprises, please! Allergies? We’ll do our best to help, but at the end of the day, avoiding allergens is on you. Bring your meds just in case!

Got a specific need? Tell us when booking. We’ll try our best, but not everything is possible in every destination.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your trip. Need a visa? That’s on you—don’t get stuck at the border!

This one’s non-negotiable—you must have travel insurance for the whole trip. Make sure it covers everything you plan to do, including any existing medical conditions.

Adventure comes with a bit of risk, and by joining one of our Tours, you’re cool with that! You’ll need to sign a waiver before we get started. Some places might be wilder than your usual daily routine—politically, culturally, or just geographically. We do our best to keep things safe, but it’s up to you to do your homework too. Bottom line? You’re in for an adventure, so be aware and be prepared!

Be a decent human—simple as that. Listen to your guide, respect others, and don’t be that traveler. No bullying, no reckless behavior, and definitely no breaking the law. If you step too far out of line, we’ll have to say goodbye—no refunds, no second chances. Oh, and while we love a good time, we can’t control the behavior of every traveler, so keep that in mind too!

Not happy with something? Speak up! Your group leader is there to help.
If that’s not an option, drop us an email at fly@exceltrips.com within 24 hours. If you don’t give us a chance to fix it, we can’t promise any compensation later. If we think you need medical attention while on tour, we’ll do what’s necessary, but any costs are on you. That’s why we ask for an emergency contact—just in case!

How to Book
Book online, by phone, or by email—easy peasy! Just double-check your details (especially your name and start date) when you get your confirmation email. Traveling with friends? Make separate bookings and let us know you’re rolling together.

Not sure when you’re going? Book now, choose your dates later. Just know that tours fill up fast, so don’t wait too long! You can switch to another tour if there’s space, but if it costs more, you’ll have to cover the difference.

Included:
Your accommodation, transport (excludes flights within the tour itinerary), airport pickups and drop-offs (not on every tour), activities, and some meals (check our website for details).

Not included:
Flights, airport transfers after the trip, baggage fees, visas, travel insurance, or optional extras.

Pricing & Payment:
Our website adjusts prices based on your location and displays them in GBP, EUR, USD,CAD, or INR. To avoid extra bank fees, pay in your card’s currency. Prices can fluctuate based on availability and seasonality, so lock it in when you can!

Promos & Discounts:
We love a good sale! But deals are only valid during the promo period, and they don’t apply to existing bookings. Only one discount code per booking—stacking discounts isn’t a thing here!

Want to swap your tour for another? No problem! Same rules as date changes apply.

30+ days before? Free change.
Less than 30 days? £200 / €200 / $US400 minimum fee, up to 100% of the tour cost.

Can’t go? You can transfer your booking to someone else up to 21 days before departure. A fee may apply (since we booked things in your name), but we’ll let you know upfront.

Life happens—weather, transport delays, or the occasional rampaging llama might force us to tweak things.

30+ days before? 25% cancellation fee, the rest refunded or given as credit.
Less than 30 days? No refund.
No-shows / early departures? No refunds, no credits, no take-backs.

If we cancel due to low numbers (rare!), we’ll let you know at least 30 days before and you can:
Switch to another tour/date.
Get a full refund or credit.

If a hurricane, war, or alien invasion makes the trip impossible, we won’t be able to refund you. Instead, you can move your booking or get a travel credit.

Rather than a refund, we might offer a credit—these never expire! You can use them anytime, but they’re not redeemable for cash.
